Closes Friday 13 November 2026, 6:00pm Melbourne time (AEDT)
COORDINARE (South Eastern NSW PHN), with South Coast Medical Service Aboriginal Corporation, is seeking a comprehensive evaluation of Strong Foundations — a culturally grounded early-intervention social and emotional wellbeing program for Aboriginal children — building on the 2018 exploratory evaluation.
The buyer wants an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander-led, mixed-methods approach. The evaluator prepares, submits and gains approval for an ethics application through an appropriate HREC, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander ethical oversight. The published budget is up to $50,000 excluding GST. The contract window indicated is January 2027 to June 2028. Responses lodge by email to the commissioning address (not via other channels).
