Defence is seeking industry solutions for the Land Capability Professional Development Program — design, develop and deliver learning for people working in the Defence Capability System. Public course titles include Capability Realisation in the DCS; Introduction to Project and Program Management for DCS Practitioners; Introduction to Defence Finance; Business Acumen for DCS Practitioners; and Communicating Effectively in the DCS.
Face-to-face, virtual, online or blended models are accepted. Products should suit ongoing delivery in Defence learning environments, including the Learning Experience Platform (LXP). Course development is indicated from early 2027 after award. Full mandatory criteria, insurance and response schedules sit in the ATM documents behind an AusTender login and have not been downloaded.
