A private buyer, with a Melbourne office and an office in Sydney, wants one managed IT partner on an all-inclusive flat monthly rate. The request was released on eProcure Lite on 30 September 2026 (reference 001).
The team is about 20 staff, growing to about 25, and mostly on Macs. They use Microsoft 365, a NAS, LastPass and Adobe Creative Cloud. The partner runs the service desk (including after-hours help), onboarding and offboarding, device and endpoint management, the move of their network, firewall and Wi-Fi, cybersecurity (patching, endpoint protection, staff training and monitoring), and backup and disaster recovery. A dedicated account manager visits the Melbourne office at least once a quarter. Sydney on-site support is preferred but not mandatory.
The contract is for two years from 1 January 2027. The request closes at 5:00 pm Melbourne time on Friday 6 November 2026. No contract value is stated.
