The Town of Victoria Park (Perth) wants a multidisciplinary consultant for RFQ TVP/26/15 (VendorPanel VP531096): a needs analysis, feasibility study and redevelopment options for possible redevelopment of Aqualife, including whether facilities, assets and services at Leisurelife should migrate to the Aqualife site.
Scope covers 11 individually priced work packages (mobilisation through needs, stakeholder engagement, options, cost and funding, multi-criteria assessment, and a final Feasibility Report with implementation roadmap) plus two separable portions (Design Review Panel presentation; next-stage specification). Contract path is AS 4122:2010. Services are to complete by 31 March 2027 for Council in April. Contract value is not published in the RFQ.
